Can You Lose Weight With Wii Fit?
It's been a while since Nintendo took over the world and brought two seemingly distant worlds together - that of the gamers and that of the health conscious ones. Since then the gamer's idea of working out has been going to the fridge to take another coke.
Well, Wii Fit was the answer for many people. The Balance Board is the unique tool that lets you work out and have fun at the same time - something that had been impossible for most people. You can set you Wii Fit balance board in minutes and have your personal trainer on your TV. After that working out is all about fun.
Don't get me wrong, there are some pretty tough competitions in Wii Fit and you will have to sweat a bit. This article is a quick Wii Fit review and especially the Wii Fit Aerobics.
Wii Fit Aerobics is the thing EVERYBODY buys Wii Fit for. And you should too! What is the single best thing that burns calories (hence FAT)? You guessed it - AEROBICS. Oh yeah, getting your heart pumping and your muscles burning, your blood flowing. Internet is literally flooded with real stories from real people losing weight with Wii Fit Aerobics. Now I don't need to lose weight but recently I've been reading about a guy that lost 40 pounds in two months with the Wii Fit.
WARNING! Do not think this is the magic bullet and that you just need to jump a little on the balance board and voila - you are Brad Pitt. You would need to combine it with a healthy diet. Jumping on the board while eating Big Macs would not do it. Sorry to break it to you! In the resource section I will give you my personal favorites when it comes to dieting and healthy eating.
